Wentwood Forest

A lovely week off from the day job; one of these days was spent walking around an autumnal Wentwood Forest in Monmouthshire – well, one of the many walks and loops that you can take –  Wentwood Forest Walks

Part of a larger, ancient forest that was once the hunting grounds for Chepstow Castle, it is now managed by The Woodland Trust and is beautiful anytime of year, with views looking out across the Bristol Channel.

Well worth a visit!
